## Email Notifications
You can set up email notifications to keep yourself or your team updated on audit results.
- Notifications can be added when creating or editing an audit.
- Frequency options include:
- Weekly
- Daily
- Monthly
- This ensures you don't have to manually check the dashboard to stay informed.
## Sharing Reports
You can share audit reports with others, even if they don't have an Equalify account.
1. Click the **Share** button on an audit report.
2. This generates a **publicly accessible URL**.
3. You can copy and send this URL to your team or stakeholders.
**Note**:
- Sharing a report allows others to **view** it.
- It does **not** give them permission to edit the report. Only users with administrative credentials and proper access can edit audits.
