docs(reflow): move clean-mode docs to Diátaxis subdirs; drop contributing.md

First of several reorg commits — mechanical moves for the docs that are already single-mode. Mixed docs are split in follow-up commits. - explanation/how-it-works.md — pipeline rationale (already clean) - explanation/architecture.md — system design (already clean; may be too implementation-deep for consumer audience — flagged for a later trimming pass) - how-to/provide-feedback.md — renamed from providing-feedback.md Delete reflow/contributing.md — it documented dev setup, testing strategy, and pipeline-stage addition, which is all contributor- repo material. Lives properly in equalify-reflow/CONTRIBUTING.md and docs/how-to/. A README pointer to the contributor repo is added in the README index update commit.
