docs(reflow): rewrite getting-started as orientation; add WP tutorial

getting-started.md stays at the root as the 'welcome / who is this for' orientation page, not classified as tutorial/how-to/reference/ explanation — it routes each audience to the right next doc. Three paths (partners / WordPress users / developers) with working links into the new Diátaxis structure. Apply the source-availability factual fix from PR2 here too — equalify-reflow is a public AGPL repo at EqualifyEverything/ equalify-reflow, not 'not yet publicly available'. New: tutorials/process-your-first-pdf-with-wordpress.md — a guided end-to-end walkthrough from plugin install through first converted document, aimed at a WP admin. Uses the canonical 5 public phase names (Extraction / Analysis / Headings / Translation / Assembly). Based on the verified step sequence from the existing plugin how-to, with reviewer next-step hooks into interpret-the-output and provide-feedback.
