docs(reflow): user-guide tone pass + web app tutorial and how-to

Closes the remaining work on #79 (user-guide tone pass) and adds the web app docs pair that mirrors the WordPress plugin pair. Tone pass (#79): - how-it-works: de-jargoned (dossier, tool calls, multimodal LLM, SSE, S3) - wordpress-plugin + wordpress tutorial: install rewritten to the Plugins > Add New > Upload UI flow; settings fields now explain what-they-mean and when-you'd-touch them - interpret-the-output: added "What a good conversion looks like" exemplar; checklist reframed as reviewer questions - provide-feedback: rewritten from the reader's POV - getting-started: added "Choose how to use Reflow" three-path fork; partner section reframed around the open web app New web app docs: - tutorials/process-your-first-pdf-with-the-web-app.md — narrative end-to-end walkthrough including the PII review gate - how-to/use-the-web-app.md — task reference covering stage tabs, page sidebar, changes/metadata sidebars, PII review, downloads, feedback, keyboard shortcuts, limits (real rate-limit numbers), and troubleshooting - README: both pages indexed; light cross-links in interpret-the-output, provide-feedback, and how-it-works Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
