docs(reflow): move wordpress-plugin.md into how-to; align phase names
Rename to how-to/use-the-wordpress-plugin.md (the audience is
clearly a WP admin doing tasks — how-to is the right Diátaxis slot).
Main structural change: align the plugin's user-visible phase
names with the canonical 5 public phases from the viewer's
PIPELINE_STAGES:
was → now
Extracting → Extraction
Analyzing Structure → Analysis
Reconciling Headings → Headings
Page Corrections → Translation
Assembling → Assembly
These match what the reflow repo documents in its pipeline-phases
reference and what the viewer shows. The WP plugin's UI hardcodes
the display strings; this doc change reflects the contract.
Also:
- Tighten subsection headings to sentence case (matches the rest
of the reorg)
- Reference the planned process-your-first-pdf-with-wordpress
tutorial for the narrative walkthrough
- Add a troubleshooting entry for the 'seconds-with-no-improvements'
failure mode (expired Reflow-instance credentials)
