docs(reflow): soften feedback references; drop internal service details

Remove links to the internal feedback service repo and the service's implementation details (SQLite, Metabase) from user-facing pages. Reframe as "reviewed by the Equalify team". WP plugin settings docs still name the Feedback Service URL / API Key fields because admins need to configure them — but no longer link the repo.
