chore: name it equalify-iris-bench, everywhere it says its own name

The repo and folder are now equalify-iris-bench, matching equalify-iris. Renaming those alone would leave the name wrong in the places that actually travel: the User-Agent every download in the corpus sends to someone else's server, the clone line in the README, the package name, and the report's own header. GitHub keeps a redirect from the old path, so existing clones still fetch — but the remote URL is worth updating too. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
