chore: remove unused deps, fix package metadata and favicon path

Removed framer-motion, clsx, tailwind-merge, @types/react-router-dom. Updated package name to equalify-reflow-docs, fixed repo URL and homepage to match EqualifyEverything org. Fixed favicon path for production deployment. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
