**Describe the bug** A user from the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Health Affairs reported that the CSV exported from the “Equalify + UIC Utilities” plugin for [vcha.uic.edu](https://vcha.uic.edu) contains inaccurate PDF listings. Specifically, the export includes 12 PDFs that no longer exist on the site (they were previously deleted and are not present in the Media Library, according to the user). **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Login to the WordPress editor for [vcha.uic.edu](https://vcha.uic.edu). 2. Use the “Equalify + UIC Utilities” plugin (under "Tools") to generate a CSV file. 3. Download the CSV file generated from the plugin. 4. Open the exported CSV file. 5. Compare the listed PDFs against the Media Library. **Expected behavior** • The exported CSV should accurately reflect the current state of the Media Library, including only PDFs that currently listed on the site. **Screenshots & CSV** ![Image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/a258a53c-b03e-4f30-a907-32a9c44ef31b) [scan_scan_office-of-the-vice-chancellor-for-health-affairs_69ca7a2d4d.csv](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/26381025/scan_scan_office-of-the-vice-chancellor-for-health-affairs_69ca7a2d4d.csv) **Desktop (please complete the following information):** - OS: Unknown (not specified by the user) - Browser: Unknown (not specified by the user) - Version: Unknown (not specified by the user) **Smartphone (please complete the following information):** - Device: N/A - OS: N/A - Browser: N/A - Version: N/A **Additional context** Thanks! Thanks for this issue @mrfu-space! So the _current_ Equalify Wordpress plugin written by @bbertucc looks at every post/page, and if there are any links to PDFs in the body of the post, it includes those in the export CSV- I think that's what happened here, and so to a certain extent is expected behavior. That said, as we're overhauling the Wordpress plugin, this will likely change to being an option in the new version, not the default setting. In any case I'm going to leave this open, at least until we have the new plugin finished and deployed to RED.

Passing along this follow-up question from the user: **For the PDFs in the Media Library that didn’t appear in the CSV, could it be because they are linked on pages that are NetID-protected?**
