**Describe the bug**
A user from the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Health Affairs reported that the CSV exported from the “Equalify + UIC Utilities” plugin for [vcha.uic.edu](https://vcha.uic.edu) contains inaccurate PDF listings. Specifically, the export includes 12 PDFs that no longer exist on the site (they were previously deleted and are not present in the Media Library, according to the user).
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Login to the WordPress editor for [vcha.uic.edu](https://vcha.uic.edu).
2. Use the “Equalify + UIC Utilities” plugin (under "Tools") to generate a CSV file.
3. Download the CSV file generated from the plugin.
4. Open the exported CSV file.
5. Compare the listed PDFs against the Media Library.
**Expected behavior**
• The exported CSV should accurately reflect the current state of the Media Library, including only PDFs that currently listed on the site.
