22# Partner with Equalify
Equalify is an Open Source project. We build accessibility tooling in the open, and we rely on institutions and contributors who share that work.
There are two ways to partner with us.
## Pledge support
Institutions that pledge support receive invitations to Equalify's roadmap review meetings. Those meetings are where we decide what gets built next, and pledged partners get feature-selection priorities. If a feature matters to your institution, this is how to ensure it lands on the roadmap.
## Contribute to the codebase
As a starting point, we're looking for partners who can commit or sponsor at least one developer for at least 5 hours/week to work on features.
The process is: we'd have a call with your developer or someone you're sponsoring to nail down what they'd build and how much time they'd contribute, and we'd put that into a basic document that also outlines how much of our time we're providing.
A good first step is to send the [Equalify Reflow repository](https://github.com/EqualifyEverything/equalify-reflow) or the [Equalify Dashboard repository](https://github.com/EqualifyEverything/equalify) to developer teams.
## Get started
If anyone's interested, have them post an issue in the dashboard noting which work they'd like to take on and that they can become a sponsored contributor. We'll set up a call from there.
