Role in accessibility monitoring

When you run an audit, Equalify scans your web pages and documents for accessibility issues. You’ll see a total count of these blockers on your dashboard. The objective is to resolve all detected blockers. Here are three ways to clear your list:

• Fix it: Update the page or document so the error disappears.
• Retire it: If a page is old or no longer needed, taking it down removes the problem entirely.
• Ignore it: If a "blocker" is actually a false alarm or something you can't control right now, you can hide it so it doesn't clutter your dashboard.

Equalify provides a centralized environment for tracking accessibility remediation progress. By utilizing the dashboard, teams can:

• Monitor Remediation Trends: Track the reduction of "Blocker" counts over time to validate the impact of accessibility updates.
• Establish Measurable Benchmarks: Set quantifiable objectives, such as resolving all critical issues prior to a site launch or reducing total error volume by a specific percentage.
• Centralize Documentation: Provide a single source of truth for the organization, ensuring all stakeholders—from management to developers—identify and prioritize the same remediation tasks.
