Reporting bugs

This page is intended for all users who encounter bugs or require support. Any accessibility issue with the platform is considered a mission-critical bug. We appreciate the community contributing to our bug reports and sharing any issues that they find. When problems arise, we tackle them head-on, and the progress of fixing them is tracked publicly on GitHub.

How to report bugs:

  • Go to the GitHub repository.
  • Click New Issue.
  • Choose Bug or Feature Request.
  • Fill in the template (describe the bug, steps to reproduce, etc.).
  • The engineering team monitors these issues.
